A committed advocate for leadership development, Ithra is an active alumna of the University of Cape Town (UCT) and its Graduate School of Business (GSB), where she serves as a mentor, guiding emerging leaders toward success. Her dedication to empowering women in leadership has also led her to become a part of the prestigious HERS-SA program, where she continues to mentor and inspire young female leaders.
